Refund Policy

Refund Policy – SAPA Fitness    Effective Date: 30th April 2025
At SAPA Fitness, we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring the smooth running of our classes. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding payments, cancellations, and rescheduling.

1. Refunds and Cancellations
You are eligible for a class credit if you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the class.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund or credit.
You may reschedule your session within the 24-hour window if space allows. We will consider unforeseen circumstances and use discretion when rescheduling requests are made.

2. Cancellations by SAPA Fitness
If SAPA Fitness cancels a class (e.g. due to venue issues or instructor unavailability), a class credit will be issued to your account.
We do not issue monetary refunds for cancellations made by us.

3. Package and Credit Expiry
Class credits or packages have an expiry date (typically 30 days unless otherwise stated).
Once expired, credits cannot be refunded or extended.
